What to Hair: Eco-Friendly Bamboo Brush

Thankfully hairbrushes seem to last me a very long time. The paddle brush is my tool of choice. But the travel brush is another story—I always lose them, leave them, etc. Since I was in the market to find a replacement before my travels this holiday season, I decided to check out an eco-friendly version. My top pick is the Olivia Garden Natural Bamboo Ionic Massage Brush. It's good for your hair and good for the environment. Win win!

Secret Weapon: Nuxe Exfoliant Doux Aromatique Aux 3 Roses

I love this line. Seriously, every product I've tried is amazing. My latest obsession from Nuxe is a winter essential for the face. This gentle but effective exfoliant will help combat dry flaky skin—you know, those annoying little flakes that can ruin a good makeup application... no thanks! Sans parabens or phenoxyethanol, this new formula has a light, pleasant scent. I keep it in the shower and use three times a week.

What to Handbag: Rebecca Minkoff Matinee Bag in Wine/Burgundy Suede

I'm still a big fan of Rebecca Minkoff, despite her superstar status in the handbag world. (I tend to go for up-and-comers when selecting a new satchel, but Rebecca has kept me interested season after season.) This time it's the wine/burgundy suede Matinee bag that has me wanting more RM. The stylish silhouette is already a classic in the line, running a close second behind the Morning After Bag. This particular color combo is a web exclusive, further proving the rarity and fabulousness of this bag. So, while you might see it in People mag on the arms of Hollywood starlets, you won't see it on every Rebecca Minkoff fan in your town (only the die-hards and lucky shoppers with insider info, like you). If you want one for yourself you must pre-order now for November 21st when they become available.

What to Beauty: One With Nature Soaps

Eco-friendly beauty products are thankfully becoming more readily available to the masses. One With Nature 100% Natural Dead Sea soaps are my latest eco find. Why the Dead Sea? "The mineral quality of the Dead Sea stimulates blood circulation and accelerates the natural exfoliation process, restoring the skin to its natural pH balance... nourishes and revitalizes skin cells and has deep cleansing and purifying qualities, drawing toxins from the body." Sounds good to me! They are vegetable-based, fragrance-free and the packaging is biodegradable plastic with recycled labels. My personal faves are Lemon Verbena, Orange Blossom and Rose Petal. And they even have travel sizes for the jet-setters.

What to Beauty: Bliss Blood Orange+White Pepper

Who doesn't love Bliss products? Yeah, that's right, every true beauty aficionado loves at least one Bliss concoction. Maybe you're even one of the 40,000 people who voted in the Bliss 'eau'-lection to select the latest fragrance. This is it. Blood Orange+White Pepper. It sounds a little crazy, but the people have spoken and having sampled it myself, I can tell you that it's actually really good. Choose from the ultra-rich body butter, uplifting bath+shower gel, or yummy sugar scrub.

What to Handbag: Deere Colhoun Nikki Tote

I've raved about SoCal handbag line Deere Colhoun before because the bags are simply gorgeous. These stylish satchels are super-luxe, with classic good looks. This allows you to indluge your handbag addiction with the knowledge that you'll be carrying the beautiful bag for many many seasons to come. My current obsession is the Nikki Tote in grey washed lambskin with patent trim. And by obsession I mean that I can't stop thinking about it and I even dreamt about having it slung over my shoulder. The side pockets are perfect for easy-access items like lip gloss, and the exterior zipper pocket is where I'd stash my iPhone. Like me, you probably have loads of other stuff to tote around town. Good news: this is an exceptionally roomy bag so you have plenty of space for whatever you need to take along with you.

What to Handbag: Arianne Tunney Bristol Bag

Longing for a stylish fall handbag? I'm thinking something ultra-luxe and classic is the way to go this season—a bag that will be a good fashion investment, one that will last for many seasons, and years, to come. This is it! Stylist Arianne Tunney, my fashion buddy, is an expert in the fashion biz and she has a stellar portfolio to prove it. Her new line of leather handbags is comprised of cool silhouettes with classic good looks. A glimpse inside reveals Tunney's signature boating striped linen lining, and you can't miss the unique bronze boat hook closure—both nods to her family's east coast nautical history. The Bristol Bag is my personal fave but there are eight tempting styles to choose from.

Secret Weapon: Whish Flawless

We have already professed our love for Whish Shave Crave—truly my fave shaving cream and if I don't have it I just assume not use any. But the latest Whish creation is a fabulous secret weapon for those unsightly bumps (nasty ingrown hairs) that can easily ruin a perfect wax or even the most careful shave. Flawless ingrown hair serum is a must for those of us who have spent a decade as waxing addicts but have yet to discover the joys of perfectly smooth, flawless skin. I have tried other concoctions that promise results only to toss them in despair due to horrible scents or just plain ineffectiveness. Here's to flawless skin and bikini waxes that are truly worth every penny.

What to Eat: Green & Black's Toffee Bar

At some point my chocoholic tendancies went ultra-luxe and the old standby, mass-market brands simply no longer satisfied my cravings. You can call me a chocolate snob now because if I'm going to indulge in the delicious treat it has to be worth the calories. Green & Black's new Toffee Bar is absolutely worth it. Made from the very best organically-grown cocoa beans, specifically Criollo and Trinitario varieties, this wonder bar is a blend of 34% milk chocolate with crispy bits of delish toffee. Just one little square brings ultimate satisfaction.
